Permanent ban is given in following cases:
1) Using cheats, bots and/or other programms, that make you artificially stronger, than you are really is.
2) Purposeful numerous teamkills (TK) of 2 and more players.
3) In case of purposeful numerous teamkilling of the same player, the administration of the server reserves the right to itself to resolve a disputed situation proceeding from own point of view on it, namely: to punish teamkiller, to punish teamkiller and his/her "victim", in that case if teamkiller has been provoked, to punish only "victim" in case of extreme provocation.
4) Purposeful insult(s) of player(s) by obscene expressions.
5) The Administration reserves the right to itself to punish permanent ban those players whose accounts were banned on friendly to servers, in case of granting not refutable proofs of fault accused in using cheats and other "stuff" (see p.1) and programs giving advantage in game.

As game naughty and often players are overflowed with emotions, we shall not be ban players for swearing in case of casual use of this. Obcsene language is punished only in case of the purposeful insult. Permanent ban is given only in case of regular infringements of rules, in all other cases all over again there is a prevention if the prevention is ignored - you will be kicked. In case, when player was kicked once and he has returned and continues disobeying the rules and go contrary against will of administration, when he will be punished by ban for 30 minutes, in case of relapse - 1 day, further 7 days and only then a permanent ban. The statistics of punishments is conducted in the Closed Territory on this server's site. If you have some questions or disagreements with policy of our server, you will be listened on our site.

Depending on personal hostility to any player the administrator can ban only in case, if he prooves to all clan members and other players, that are not personaly interester in the result, that the convicted is really guilty in what he or she has or had done.
